Basically, the script should cd "%temp%" and then run wget and gzip using full pathnames like "%~dp0\wget.exe" (including the quotes. In my version, I echo a warning and pause so that the user can stop the script or terminate uTorrent gracefully so that it doesn't have to slowly recheck numerous torrents after restarting it. Not nice, but also not unexpected after the script killed uTorrent without any warning that this was about to happen. In fact, this site threw away everything I'd typed when I unwittingly attempted to post the modified script.
